A Guy’s Sign That He Really Likes You

I Love You   I keep seeing on internet news articles with title such as “How to Tell If a Guy Really Likes You.” Well, when I was single my favorite sign was to tell the woman, “I really like you.” When I first wanted to tell my wife to be I loved her I said, “I love you.”

This surefire way of communicating both ways. Women, if your supposed beau is timid simply ask him, “Do you really like me?” or “Do you love me?” And later, if he changes his mind kick him in the balls. There, you’ll never have to buy Cosmopolitan again.

Monday Is Poetry Day

Bouquet Love

My love is like a red, red rose
Covered with green, green aphids.
Hurry! Quick!
Spray my red, red rose with Aphids-B-Gon.

Now my red, red nose is aphid free.
At least metaphorically so.
Did using the Aphids-B-Gon
Pollute the love garden of the world?

Boy, I hope not!
Love is complicated.
Isn’t it?
Metaphors too,

Poetry Day

**Monday is always poetry day**

Romance

My alter ego loves your alter ego
And I love you.
Shall we double date?

Baseball 6
Baseball

I practiced baseball
With my son yesterday.
I hit a ball so high
that it never came down.
Oh dear, I think
I’ve destroyed the
time-space continuum.

We may have only day
left of existence.
On the plus side,
you won’t need to worry
about your overdue
library books.
